Hello ::subscriber.first_name::, As we reflect on the year and enter the holiday season, we are so thankful for you! Your advocacy, your support of people and efforts in our community, and your impact on family, friends, and the community. Our community is stronger when we have voices, resources, and opportunities to lift each other up. There were a lot of shifting elements to this year, and we were proud to maintain our advocacy and collective philanthropy work. We invite you to see what we were up to this year in our 2025 Annual Report.

As we move forward, women are experiencing a number of challenges that are well-documented, from the widening of the wage gap, to reduced numbers of women in the workforce due to childcare accessibility, prices, and more. There have been and will continue to be efforts to silence women and undermine our success in indirect ways. We have to continue to advocate at the state, local, and federal level, build community, and support local efforts to improve the lives of women and girls with collective philanthropy. For over 15 years, the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga has driven policy, advocacy, and collective philanthropy to improve the lives of women and girls in Tennessee, and in the coming year, we will all be challenged to step up and ensure a better future for women and girls.
